Talking to a qualified therapist can often be the first step to unburdening yourself from stress and worry.
It provides the opportunity for you to explore and understand your issues.
Identifying negative and unhelpful thoughts and feelings and changing them can help you to look at things differently, opening up new choices and facilitating change.
Sessions are an hour long and can be booked on a session-by-session basis. Talking therapy is a completely personal process so the number of sessions will be determined by your specific needs.
Sessions can be booked as face to face, telephone or skype consultations.
